Let’s work out with Jennifer!

Jennifer Jennings is visiting Temptation Resort Spa Cancun and wants to invite you to join her trainings every day. And maybe you would like to konw more about her before you meet in person so she’s introducing herself in this brief bio she’s sharing with us today:
“I am an engineer by day and fitness guru by night. I am enthusiastic and enjoy being active. I started my fitness aspirations by weight training and after several months of weight training and getting bulky I began to incorporate running into my routine. Wow…I enjoyed running and within a year I started entering races. The first race I ran was an 8-mile run and I took first place in my age. That started me down a road to training for marathons. After my first marathon I realized I needed to cross training with different cardio activities so I began taking step aerobic classes. After a year the instructor quit teaching and the YMCA in Saginaw, Michigan asked me to teach step aerobics so I got certified and began my aerobics career. Since then I have moved to Battle Creek, Michigan and I teach double step, Y-pump, Pilates and I am a Personal Trainer. My latest accomplishments are competing in the Minnesota 530 mile Border-to-Border Triathlon in July 2006; competing in a Bodybuilding show in March of 2007 taking placed 3rd in the masters division and my team took 2nd place in the Kal-Haven Ultra-marathon as a 2 person team!
Professional Experience
· I have been a fitness instructor for the YMCA for 12 years teaching step, double-step, Y-pump body sculpting and Pilates classes. I am also a marathon runner completing 7 marathons and I have competed in several triathlons and biathlons. I am also a certified Personal Trainer.

I just came back from Temptation. The best place in the world to get away and to be very, very naughty…. And if you like to lose every piece of clothing, no this is not the place, but still a trip of a lifetime.
